The last day of the year found 21 players at the pits hoping to finish the old year with the winged trophy. Only two teams scored the perfect three wins and old pro Al Norman and old horseshoe shirt Gene Bobeldyk defeated runners up Steve Doyle and Larry Liverado. Unfortunately the score was not available for print. The first games of the new year found old faces and friends where again only two teams vied for the trophy. John Krawford and (Six Pack) Sam Samuels easily defeated Fritz Erdrich and Tom Skoloda by a score of 23 to 9. Play is at 9 a.m. on Wednesdays and Saturdays. All are welcome and partnership is made by lot, so that the good players can't gang up on the less talented.
