Mies van der Rohe adopted the motto "less is more" to describe the fundamentals of his architecture. The original asking prices at Old Bridge Village in 2004, started at $750,000 and went well over a million. There have not been any re-sales since 2004, and currently four are on the market with asking prices ranging from a high of $1,485,000 to a low of $925,000.
For the discriminating luxury buyer, Old Bridge Village offers taste, style and amenities on a scale not often found in the Florida condominium market. At Old Bridge Village, less is more with the emphasis on more casual elegance.
