If youre looking for a peaceful out
of the way spot on Anna Maria Island, Beachview condos in
Holmes Beach may not actually have a view of the beach, but
a short walk to the beach will give you all the view youll
want.
The two separate buildings that comprise the eight units of
Beachview condos are located at 3702 and 3704 Sixth Avenue.
Each building has four units linked by the fenced pool, which
is not heated. The buildings were built in 1984 and have about
1,100 square feet.
There are two bedrooms and two baths. and two screened porches,
considerably expanding the living space. Units have interior
washers and dryers. Under building parking is provided with
adjacent storage and an elevator.
As of this writing, there were two units on the market, one
listed at $529,900 and the other at $519,000. However, prior
to these current available units there have been very few
sales. The last sale recorded was in 2004 for $395,000, prior
to that was one in 2003 for $248,800 and 2002 for $210,000.
Rentals are permitted, and are approximately $1,000 a week
in season.
One of the best things about Beachview condos, beside being
able to walk to the beach, is being able to walk to just about
everything else. Publix as well as all the other shops and
restaurants along Gulf Drive in Holmes Beach are at your doorstep
without being in your direct line of vision. The Island trolley
stop is also a short walk along Gulf Drive.
Beachview condos have that cozy get to know your neighbor
feel that some of the larger complexes lack. They offer good
value, convenient shopping and easy access to the beach, if
not a beach view.
